Monty Yousaf first visited Turkey in 2002. He expected to see a ‘developing’ country but was impressed with the modern lifestyle. He also loved the weather and the scenic mountains and valleys of the Antalya region. He can remember sunbathing on his birthday in January at 11am and thinking to himself ‘Maybe I could live here...’

By mid 2003 Monty was thinking about the property market in Turkey. He returned to Antalya looking for a potential base of operations along the Mediterranean coast. He decided that Alanya had the best to offer in terms of value, growth and facilities.

Monty had been living in England for 40 years. In 2004 he decided to leave. He set up Invest Now Turkey and was joined by Geri in 2005 who became joint owner. The first year was spent with the objective of:

• Becoming familiar with how things work in Alanya and Turkey (regulations, laws, customs etc)
• Finding reliable staff fluent in English and Turkish
• Becoming familiar with the local areas and the scale of property prices
• Finding reliable builders and property owners to work with.

With these foundations in place we have been able to help our customers purchase high growth investments and beautiful holiday homes. Our priorities remain the same since we began; to have excellent customer care and offer quality products which are the best in value for money.
