Gold City is a 5 star residential and hotel complex being constructed within the foothills of the Taurus Mountains 1.5km from the Mediterranean Coast.

Gold City Hotel Apartments
- 15 floors, 598 apartments.
- 4 styles available: (single floor) 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms or (double floor) 3 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms
- Fully furnished including A/C units, furniture, curtains, kitchen items, electrical goods...
- Available to buy on a freehold basis. The owners then have the option to allow the hotel to rent out and manage the apartments (lease back on a fixed term basis or rent out on commission basis every year).
- 20 mins drive to Alanya town, 5 mins drive to the beach and Mahmutlar high street.
- 24-hour security service, medical facilities, regular maintenance of gardens and private pools, communal pools.
