Gold City Introduction
Gold City is a 5 star residential and hotel complex being constructed within the foothills of the Taurus Mountains 1.5km from the Mediterranean Coast.
At the centre of the complex a 5 star hotel is being constructed. In total there are over 1000 villa and apartment units. Construction started in 2003 and many properties have already been sold. Prices are doubling every 24 to 36 months.

Gold City Villas
- 3 styles available: semi-detached, detached (without a pool) and detached (with a pool). Each style has 3 bedrooms.
- Unfurnished.
- 20 mins drive to Alanya town, 5 mins drive to the beach and Mahmutlar high street.
- 24-hour security service, medical facilities, regular maintenance of gardens and private pools, communal pools. All Gold City residents and guests will have access to the hotel’s large range of facilities which include restaurants, saunas, pools, clubs, gyms, indoor/outdoor activities, child minding etc.
